Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is based on how a person thinks and feels and how it affects their behavior. The goal is to help you identify, challenge and change dysfunctional thought patterns to change your responses to challenging situations.

Eclectic Therapy

Eclectic Therapy - adapts to each person's unique needs based on their specific problem, treatment goals, and motivation. It is a customized treatment using a combination of therapies.

Humanistic Therapy

Humanistic Therapy - Focuses on free will, self-discovery, human potential, and growth instead of alleviating disorders. This therapy approach allows you to take the lead in the conversation and discover who you truly are in order to lead your most fulfilling life.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy - a short-term, future-oriented, and goal-directed evidence-based approach to solving problems, focusing on solutions rather than problems.
